What UL Listed Terminals Mean for You
When a product is described as UL listed, it has been evaluated by Underwriters Laboratories against recognised safety standards. For buyers sourcing into North America, UL listed terminals are often a requirement rather than a preference — specifiers, inspectors and insurers expect them. Marrow Lin holds three UL files (E488241, E182951 and E255748), so you can specify our terminals with confidence and trace the certification back to its source.
Certification, however, is only meaningful if quality is consistent. That is why every Marrow Lin product is made within an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with controls at each stage from incoming material to final packing. The aim is simple: the terminal you receive on your hundredth order performs exactly like the one on your first.
The standards we manufacture to
Different markets rely on different standards, so we maintain ranges built to both JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) and DIN (German standards). Our cable lugs follow DIN 46234 and DIN 46235, and our bootlace ferrules follow DIN 46228 — the references your European customers will recognise. For chemical compliance, our materials meet RoHS and REACH requirements.
