In-House Terminal Manufacturing in Taiwan
From copper to finished part, Marrow Lin controls terminal manufacturing under one roof at our Taichung factory — in-house tooling, plating and inspection that deliver consistent, certified quality, order after order.
Terminal Manufacturing, Controlled End to End
Reliable connectors begin with reliable manufacturing. Since 1992, Marrow Lin has built its terminal manufacturing capability in-house at our factory in Dadu, Taichung — so the people who form the copper, plate it and inspect it all work to the same standard. That control is what lets us hold tight tolerances and deliver the batch-to-batch consistency our customers depend on.
Producing insulated terminals, cable lugs, ferrules, cable glands and wiring accessories under one roof also means shorter lead times and the flexibility to take on custom and OEM work without handing critical steps to outside vendors.
Built on three decades of know-how
Thirty years of making electrical terminals has taught us where quality is won and lost — in the die, in the plating bath and at the inspection bench. Our ISO 9001:2015 quality system ties those steps together, and our UL listings and RoHS/REACH compliance give international buyers documented assurance.
From Copper to Finished Terminal
Material preparation
We start with electrolytic copper and brass selected for conductivity, prepared in line with RoHS and REACH requirements.
Stamping & forming
Precision presses and our own dies stamp and form the barrel and palm of each terminal to consistent dimensions.
Tube & barrel forming
For tubular cable lugs and ferrules, the copper tube is formed and sized so it crimps predictably onto the conductor.
Plating & finishing
Parts are tin-plated to improve conductivity and resist oxidation, with other finishes available on request.
Insulation & assembly
Insulated parts receive colour-coded nylon or PVC sleeves sized to the wire range, then are assembled ready for inspection.
Inspection & packing
Finished terminals are checked against our ISO 9001:2015 quality system and packed for shipment to customers worldwide.
Why In-House Manufacturing Matters
In-House Tooling & Dies
Designing and maintaining our own dies lets us hold tolerances, repeat parts reliably and take on custom geometry.
Plating & Finishing
Controlled tin plating in-house ensures conductivity and corrosion resistance to the same standard on every batch.
Capacity & Consistency
Volume production backed by ISO 9001:2015 delivers the batch-to-batch consistency export customers require.
Manufacturing: Frequently Asked Questions
Where are your terminals manufactured?
All Marrow Lin terminals are manufactured at our own factory in Dadu, Taichung, Taiwan, where we control forming, plating and inspection in-house.
Do you make your own tooling?
Yes. We design and maintain our own dies, which lets us hold tight tolerances, repeat parts reliably and produce custom geometry.
What materials do you use?
We use electrolytic copper and brass for the conductive parts, tin plating for the finish, and colour-coded nylon or PVC for insulation.
Are your processes RoHS and REACH compliant?
Yes. Our materials and processes are managed to meet RoHS and REACH requirements, and declarations are available on request.
What plating do you offer?
Tin plating is our standard finish for conductivity and corrosion resistance. Other finishes can be discussed for specific applications.
Do you offer custom or OEM manufacturing?
We do. In-house control of every step lets us build to your drawing or sample — see our OEM page for details.
What is your production capacity?
We run volume production across our product lines. Tell us your part and quantities and we will confirm lead time and capacity.
How do you ensure quality consistency?
Every batch is checked under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system, with inspection built into the process rather than added at the end.
Can you handle large export orders?
Yes. Roughly half of our output is exported, much of it to Europe, so we are set up for international volume orders and documentation.
How do I request a quote or samples?
Send your specifications and quantities via our contact page and our Taipei team will respond quickly with pricing and samples.
Need a manufacturing partner for electrical terminals?
Tell us what you need built — we'll confirm capability, lead time and pricing quickly.
